Beschrijving van dit vakantie appartement in Nice - 1 slaapkamer, tweepersoons bed, huiskamer, keuken, badkamer, zicht op de Alpen

Kleinschalig appartementenverhuur in Brits beheer in het Palais du Chateau, in de antiekwijk van de oude haven van Nice.
U bent verzekerd van een persoonlijke en vriendelijke benadering (mijn man is Nederlander).
Het appartement bevindt zich op een ideale locatie voor goedkoop busvervoer van Cannes naar Monaco en de veerboot brengt u dagelijks naar Corsica, Sardinië en St. Tropez.
De treinreis naar Italië duurt een half uur.
Er zijn veel restaurants, winkels en cafeetjes in de buurt en het is maar 3 minuten lopen naar de Oude Stad (Vieux Nice).
De nieuwe tram stopt op Place Garibaldi, slechts 2 minuten lopen van het appartement. De Middellandse Zee (het strand) is slechts 5 minuten lopen.
Ons appartement bevindt zich op de 7e en bovenste verdieping en er is een lift; derhalve is het veilig en rustig.
De drie ramen bieden uitzicht op de stad Nice, de bergen die de stad omringen en, op heldere dagen, de sneeuwtoppen van de Alpen.
In de zonnige keuken bevinden zich een tafel en stoelen, een koelkast, kookplaat (gas) en een oventje.
Wij verheugen ons op uw komst en zijn tot uw beschikking wanneer u ons nodig hebt.

Wanneer u in het appartement arriveert vindt u een mooie fles rosé (Côtes de Provence) in de koelkast. Open de fles en geniet ervan! U hoeft de fles niet te vervangen! Welkom in Nice!

Nadat u van ons een bevestiging heeft gekregen dat het appartement beschikbaar is voor de door u gewenste periode, kunt u uw verblijf boeken en de borgsom betalen d.m.v. PayPal.

Schade borgsom: wij vragen een schade borgsom van 200 euro, die betaalt dient te worden op de dag van aankomst. Eventuele schade en extra schoonmaakkosten zullen van dit bedrag worden afgetrokken. Mocht er geen schade of aanvullende schoonmaakkosten zijn, dan wordt de schade borgsom volledig geretourneerd op de dag van vertrek.

Lovely bright, comfortable flat with amazing views.
Great location and lovely helpful, relaxed owners.Its so close to the best bits of Nice, being situated between the Port and the Old Town, and easy to access stations and trams for getting to surrounding areas.Less than half an hour on the bus from the airport too which is a bonus.
Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant, this vacation home rental, we will definitely return. It is located in a brilliant area, where walks are a must do, and it manages to still incorporate the traditional French life.

Nice is Nice!

In the middle of November this resort was lovely and warm and beautiful views. We were only there for 3 days and found plenty to do. Beware - it is a pebble beach. There is a lot of nice cafes under the promenade at the beach. I would recommend walking up the harbour as it is a very nice area, and the flat is lovely too.

Great vacation apartment! Getting around Nice and the surrounding area is so easy. For just one euro we were able to travel anyway on the excellent air conditioned coaches. We went to Monaco for the day and this was so special and luxurious. Nice itself is split in two between the old city and the new city. The old is full of historic sites which we were able to see on the frequent tour bus, which I recommend. The new town is more lively with some excellent and friendly places to eat. Jack and Jean are great hosts and Jack is an excellent chef!

Before you leave
1. Fill in the form, send it, and wait for our response, to check if the apartment is available.
2. Secure your booking! Use the PayPal button on this page to pay your € 100 booking deposit. (Will be deducted from the total costs.)
3. Read our article " Arriving in Nice - Finding your way to the flat". Print it, or write down the information you need.

When you arrive
1. Call us when you're at the Gare Routière (bus station in Vieux Nice, if you arrive by bus from the airport), or at Place Garibaldi (if you arrive by tramway, from the train station).
We will then be on our way to the flat. It will take us less than 30 minutes to get there.
2. Walk to the apartment building, using our guide lines (see above).
3. The apartment is clean and ready for use when you arrive. We have made the bed, and clean towels are in the cupboard.
4. You pay us the amount you owe us, minus the € 100 booking deposit, plus € 200 breakages deposit.

When you leave
1. Put the bed linen and towels into the washing machine, add some liquid soap, and let it run on "X" and 30°C.
2. Hoover the place and leave it behind like you found it. (You don't need to replace the bottle of Rosé.)
3. If this has been done satisfactory and there are no breakages, we will return your € 200 breakages deposit.
